Declaration 2023
By the authority of the Word of God, we declare that:
We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us…(that) neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:37-39 NKJV)
We declare that IMPACT Church is stepping through a new open door in 2023. We declare that God given hopes and dreams shall be manifest this year. We declare that the prayers that are offered in accordance to the will of the Father will be met with the promises of His provision. We declare that Satan’s “no” cannot hinder God’s “YES!” We declare that God will grant IMPACT Church the desire of its heart according to the declaration of the Word of God and the prophetic utterances of recent times and years gone by. We declare 2023 a mighty year of the Lord replete with His awesome manifest presence in our lives individually and corporately. We declare with anticipation and expectation the release of God’s abundance and provision to meet the needs of this fellowship and to serve as a testimony to the omnipotence of our God.
We declare AUTHENTICITY for 2023. We declare that IMPACT Church shall experience an AUTHENTIC move of God the Holy Spirit; a move that is not orchestrated by the efforts of man but an experience that is directed by the genuineness and sovereignty of the Almighty. We declare that the people that make up IMPACT Church shall be AUTHENTIC in service to King Jesus!
We declare that the Holy Spirit will burst forth in our midst like the roaring of the Lion of Judah which bursts forth and penetrates the very soul of His followers. We declare that the Holy Spirit will pour out upon us Himself – His power, His presence, His anointing, His gifts – and we, His people, shall receive unto ourselves that that is fully God.
We declare that Jesus, King of kings and Lord of lords, shall be glorified in our midst. We declare that as we glorify our Savior, salvation shall come to the lost, deliverance shall come to the oppressed, and healing shall come to the infirmed. We declare that the gospel shall be preached to the poor, healing shall come to the brokenhearted, liberty shall come to the captive, sight shall be recovered to the blind, the oppressed shall be liberated, and the acceptable year of the Lord shall be proclaimed. (Luke 4:18-19 NKJV)
We further declare that as we glorify King Jesus, desire shall grow within us to be like He is. We declare that we at IMPACT Church reject weights that easily beset us. We make a conscious decision to conduct ourselves so as not be handed over to depraved minds nor do what ought not to be done. We declare that we reject every kind of wickedness, evil, greed, depravity, envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice, gossip, slander, God-haters, insolence, arrogance, boastfulness, inventing ways of doing evil, disobedience to parents, senselessness, faithlessness, heartlessness, and ruthlessness. We reject those who know God's righteous decree and yet do such things that deserve death and we disapprove of those who practice them. (Rom. 1:29-32 NIV)
We declare that IMPACT Church rejects the practices spoken of by the prophet Ezekiel that led to the destruction of Sodom: pride, fullness of food, abundance of idleness, not strengthening the hand of the poor and needy, haughtiness, and the commitment of abominations before God. (Ezekiel 16:49-50)
We declare that IMPACT Church walks in liberty! IMPACT Church is free from dissension, false witnesses, deception, false humility, manipulation, rebellion, insubordination, and the destructive influences of Absalom and Jezebel. IMPACT Church is at liberty from fear, gossip, confusion, lust, pride, lack, critical spirits and wounded spirits. IMPACT Church is not hindered by discord or malcontent because we choose to be a people of the Word of God.
We declare that IMPACT Church is full of overcomers and that we have overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony and that we love not our lives, even unto death. (Revelation 12:11)
We declare that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 NKJV)
We declare that even though we have a formidable enemy, we have a far more powerful Captain of the Hosts! His name is Jesus, the Great I AM, the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last.
V He is Emmanuel, the Almighty, the Author and Finisher of our Faith.
V He is the blessed and only Potentate.
V He is called Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, and the Prince of Peace.
V He is the Glory of the Lord, the Great High Priest, the Holy One and the Horn of Salvation.
V He is the Just One, the Holy One, He is the Lamb of God.
V He is the Light of the world, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, and He is the Lord of All.
V Jesus is the King of Glory, and the Mighty One of Israel.
V He is the Morning Star, the Only Begotten of the Father; He is our Passover and our Prince of Life.
V He is the Root of David who is our Rock, our Redeemer, our Resurrection and our Life.
V Jesus is the True Vine, the True Light, and He is Truth personified.
V He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. None comes to the Father but by Him because He is the True Witness – the living, breathing, active and powerful Word of God Who sits at the right hand of God the Father and is even now interceding for His saints.
We declare that IMPACT Church is part of the glorious church which shall be glorified on that Day and shall be without spot or wrinkle – washed in the blood of the Lamb. We declare that IMPACT Church has taken up the whole armor of God, and we will be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
We further declare that IMPACT Church stands therefore, having girded our waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod our feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, IMPACT Church takes up the shield of faith with which we will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. We declare that IMPACT Church takes the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. (Ephesians 6:13-19 NKJV)
We declare that liberty is available for all who are a part of and make up IMPACT Church for “the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” (2 Cor. 3:17 NKJV) We declare that the Holy Spirit is welcome and active and present at IMPACT Church.
According to Romans chapter twelve, we decree prophets will prophesy in proportion to their faith at IMPACT Church, ministers will minister at IMPACT Church, teachers will teach at IMPACT Church, exhorters will exhort at IMPACT Church, givers will give with liberality at IMPACT Church, leaders will lead with diligence at IMPACT Church, and the merciful will show mercy with cheerfulness at IMPACT Church.
We declare that IMPACT Church is DEBT FREE! We decree that our debt free status will be manifest in 2023!
We decree that the offices of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher are in operation at IMPACT Church for the purpose of equipping the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, until we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:13-14 NKJV
We decree that the gifts of the Spirit are in operation at IMPACT Church: word of wisdom, word of knowledge, faith, healings, working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, different kinds of tongues, interpretation of tongues. 1 Cor. 12
We decree that the fruit of the Spirit is evident in each of us at IMPACT Church: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Gal. 5:22-23
We declare and decree this statement this first day of January, 2023, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
